Shipping policy

We are currently shipping Monday - Wednesday due to high temperatures. Thank you for your patience + understanding!*

Our goal is to have all orders processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping time takes about 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout. Both order processing and shipping duration exclude public holidays or holiday seasons. Please understand that on rare occasions there might be delays that are out of our control (e.g.: weather conditions or customs holds for shipments). Tracking information will be provided for all shipments to keep you updated on the delivery. A confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your items are shipped.

Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address/PO box number and contact information so we can accurately process your order. Once we process your shipment, we cannot change shipping addresses.

Purchases totaling $100.00 or more will receive free domestic (USA) shipping.
